During the Smau live show “Smart Communities: innovation at the service of citizens and businesses” (from 16.00 to 17.30) there will be the launch of the new APP +HOUSING PLUS aimed at the Property & Facility Management.
ousing Plus is an innovative, easy and complete APP. Developed for the Property & Facility Management, for all subjects who have a contractual rental relationship, for Institutions/Companies who need to have the management and economic performance of their assets under control and also for third parties (maintenance technicians, service providers, etc).
Housing+ allows the management and control of turnover (rents issued), collection and non-payments (default) and requests for maintenance interventions.
Thanks to the integration with the information coming from the domotics of the house, it will be possible to carry out real time the analysis of consumption and management costs, final balances and the forecast of future costs, so as to offer the tenant the possibility of analyzing the cost-benefit in a preventive manner (e.g.: bi-hourly light contract, high-absorption appliances, etc.).
