Two days dedicated to training, discussion and innovation for Local Police. On 15–16 October 2026, Tecnosys Italia will attend the 6th ANVU Sicily Regional Conference at Palazzo D’Aumale in Terrasini, to meet police chiefs and officers and present its solutions for managing police department operations.
For over 40 years, Tecnosys Italia has supported local, municipal and provincial police forces in digitalisation and operational management, developing tools that help simplify processes, organise information and improve the efficiency of daily activities.
The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss the needs of police departments and explore the contribution of digital technologies: from detecting violations in the field to managing penalty proceedings, monitoring results and providing online services for citizens.

This year, we will also bring something new to Terrasini: CHIPS Control, a new project for Local Police, available at no cost to the administration.

A solution for managing permits, restricted traffic zones (ZTLs), passes and access, integrated with access control points and automated systems. It helps simplify procedures and coordinate authorisation information.
Management Dashboard – Clear data for monitoring and decision-making
A tool that provides clear, comparable, real-time data on violation notices, appeals and performance. It offers a comprehensive overview of the penalty process and supports management in monitoring activities and assessing results.
Citizen Portal – Simple, accessible online services
By signing in with SPID or CIE, citizens can view their fines and related records, submit driver details and make payments. The portal also provides access to key online services, including appeals, instalment payment requests and appointment bookings, making interactions with the police department simpler and more secure.
