The Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) has launched the Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher, an incentive for SMEs and self-employed professionals investing in advanced, secure and high-performance digital solutions.

The scheme provides a non-repayable grant covering 50% of eligible expenses, up to a maximum of €20,000, for investment plans worth at least €4,000.

The voucher represents a valuable opportunity to reduce the cost of investing in cloud technologies, software applications and cybersecurity systems while improving operational efficiency, service continuity and data protection.

Who Can Apply for the Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher?

Applications may be submitted by:

  • SMEs that are duly incorporated, operational and registered with the Italian Business Register;
  • Self-employed professionals with an Italian VAT number, including regulated and non-regulated professionals.

Applicants must also:

  • Be compliant with tax and social security obligations;
  • Have an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps;

Each beneficiary may submit only one application.

Eligible Cloud and Cybersecurity Investments

The voucher supports the purchase of technologies and services designed to improve digitalisation and cybersecurity, including:

  • Cybersecurity hardware and software;
  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions;
  • Cloud applications for productivity and process management;

DOCVMENTA: Smarter and More Secure Cloud Document Management

Tecnosys Italia is a MIMIT-qualified supplier and offers DOCVMENTA, a cloud document management platform designed to simplify, organise and secure the management of documents, data and business information.

In accordance with the requirements of the incentive scheme, DOCVMENTA can be included in an eligible investment project as an advanced SaaS cloud solution for document management and business process automation.

The platform brings documents and information together in a single digital environment, eliminating fragmentation across local folders, shared archives, emails and disconnected applications.

What Can You Do with DOCVMENTA?

DOCVMENTA enables organisations to:

  • Centralise and organise documents and information;
  • Automatically classify content;
  • Extract data using Artificial Intelligence;
  • Perform advanced searches, including natural-language searches;
  • Automate workflows, approval processes and repetitive tasks;
  • Manage document versions, permissions and access levels;
  • Track user activities and operations;
  • Monitor processes and performance indicators through dashboards and Business Intelligence tools;
  • Improve collaboration between departments, offices and working groups;
  • Reduce paper use, duplicate documents and manual processing.
The Benefits of DOCVMENTA for Your Organisation

By adopting DOCVMENTA, businesses and professionals can implement an innovative document management project while significantly reducing the cost of their investment through the Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher.

Centralising information and automating repetitive activities improves efficiency by reducing the time required to search for, classify, share and approve documents. Structured management of access permissions, document versions and user activities also increases security, control and traceability.

Shared workflows and standardised rules make business processes more consistent, reducing errors and unnecessary manual steps. The cloud-based environment supports collaboration between authorised users and ensures greater operational continuity.

Digital document management also helps reduce printing, duplication, paper consumption and the physical space required for traditional archives.

Purchase Options

The incentive provides two main purchase options:

  • Direct purchase: eligible expenses and payments must be completed within 12 months of the grant award date;
  • Subscription: the agreement must have a minimum duration of 24 months, with funding applicable to subscription fees for the first two years.

Subscription agreements must be signed within 30 days of the grant award and reported within the following 60 days.

The two purchase options may be combined within the same investment project. However, the option selected in the application cannot be changed at a later stage.

Key Application Dates
  • 20 October 2026 at 12:00 p.m.: platform opens for application preparation;
  • 10 November 2026 at 12:00 p.m.: application submissions open;
  • 20 January 2027 at 12:00 p.m.: application window closes, unless the available funds are allocated earlier.

Applications will be assessed in chronological order of submission until the available funding is exhausted.

Eligible expenses may only be incurred after the application has been submitted. It is therefore important to prepare the investment project and all the required documentation in advance.
