To support management and sector managers, eW-Cen allows them to query data, create reports, generate graphs and tables that can be exported to major formats, and create templates and intervention sheets with customized layouts.
The solution is a concrete response to needs of public authorities in addressing today’s challenges related to sustainability, urban regeneration, and real estate recovery, resource optimization, and process semplification.

How does it work?
The solution includes a back-office app and a mobile app for field technicians. They are fully integrated and share the same database, eliminating data redundancy.
One of the solution’s key features is the integrated mapping system, which allows operators to easily find properties and view the fastest route, while managers can geolocate and monitor technicians in real time, improving efficiency and operational control.
It is also integrated with Digital Twin, a virtual replica of a building updated in real time with data from sensors and monitoring systems. This technology allows for simulating energy efficiency interventions, analyzing their impacts, predicting failures, and planning maintenance interventions before problems arise, thus improving overall building lifecycle management.
