What is it for?

It allows managing numerous services in a simple and immediate way without the need to go to the relevant offices. Specifically, it allows:

  • Managing requests and the start of procedures made available by the entity
  • Reporting in real-time, with position detection, faults, anomalies, accidents, etc
  • Consulting documents and procedures
  • Booking appointments at offices, based on availability and the requested service

How does it work?

+Città Plus downloadable from PlayStore and AppStore, allows citizens to have more services in less time by requesting and managing procedures and documents directly from thier devices. The entity has the possibility to perform statistics on the performance and productivity of the structure and can also optimize time and resources by providing some services to users remotely thanks to the integrated video conferencing system in the App.
