Maintenance Intervention Management (Ordinary, Scheduled, Extraordinary)

It is a module of the e-Working platform designed for the maintenance sector of real estate assets and related facilities. It allows for the organization and planning of maintenance activities for elements and/or components of the real estate assets, monitoring the building assets, managing scheduled maintenance services, and the cyclicality of control activities, maintenance, cleaning, etc. It also verifies the absence of critical issues and the actual adherence to the maintenance plan.
